How to make
Wash the tomatoes, peel the onions and garlic, wash the basil or parsley. If you like, you can use coriander as well, plus the juice of half a lime.
Cut everything coarsely and blend briefly in a blender. It mustn't become a puree, it has to have some larger chunks left in it.
If you don't have a blender, simply cut everything finely and mix with the olive oil and spices (added to taste).
