How to make
Cut the cleaned onions and tomatoes into thin slices. Order a line of tomatoes, pour the oil, add salt, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pepper and parsley.
Then top with tomato and onion slices and sprinkle with the same spices. We continue to put out onions and tomatoes, until we are out of products.
Last line should be tomatoes. Bake a plate of tomato in a moderate oven and then serve it cold.
