How to make
Wash the piece of chicken well, pour in hot water; if you want you can salt it. Allow it to simmer until the meat becomes tender. Then add the vegetables in order, according to their hardness - first the cleaned, washed and julienned celery and carrots.
Then add the onion, garlic, bay leaf and black pepper. Throw in the butter to the almost ready meat and the peeled, coarsely chopped tomatoes and lemon juice.
Simmer on low heat for a bit, and finally sprinkle it with parsley and place slices of lemon on top. It can be baked in a moderate oven as well.
