How to make
Chop the onions and pepper into coarse pieces. Braise them 1-2 min. in a little oil in a pan, stirring periodically.
Then arrange the feta cheese on top that's been cut into coarse cubes.
Sprinkle it with coarsely chopped garlic. Break the eggs on top as well.
Add the rest of the dry spices and keep the dish on the stove until the eggs cook.
During frying, you can use a spoon to pour hot oil over the eggs so that their yolks don't remain raw.
Serve the ready dish in the pan itself.
