"We`ve prepared an old-school tavern-style omelette with potatoes and sausages just for you and it`ll leave you licking your fingers."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5
  • sausages - 2 - 3
  • bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • potatoes - 1
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves, chopped
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml)

How to make

Cut the bacon into oblong pieces, the sausages - into rings, the cleaned potato - into rings. Divide them into 2 equal parts for 2 omelettes. Put the first omelette to fry in half the heated oil.

Stir regularly and turn the potatoes. Once the potatoes soften, pour half the beaten eggs on top with a little salt, mustard, the garlic and 1 tablespoon water.

Fry the omelette until ready and move it to a plate. Prepare the second omelette the same way.
