How to make
Cut the bacon into oblong pieces, the sausages - into rings, the cleaned potato - into rings. Divide them into 2 equal parts for 2 omelettes. Put the first omelette to fry in half the heated oil.
Stir regularly and turn the potatoes. Once the potatoes soften, pour half the beaten eggs on top with a little salt, mustard, the garlic and 1 tablespoon water.
Fry the omelette until ready and move it to a plate. Prepare the second omelette the same way.
