How to make
Slice the carrots, celery and onions and boil them in salted water. Once boiled, add the cut into rings zucchini, bay leaf, black pepper and some chopped tomatoes.
Pour into a pan and sprinkle it with parsley. Add the beaten vinegar and water, flour and crushed garlic. Cover with tomato rings.
Pour over with oil and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve the dish cold and sprinkled with dill.
