How to make
Cut open the fish from the belly, remove the insides and head and wash it under running water. Dry the meat and cut it into pieces.
Salt them, then begin frying the pieces evenly on all sides in a pot.
While they're frying, chop the onions. Braise them in another container and add the tomato paste and chopped olives.
Sprinkle with the spices and stir. After 2 min., pour the sauce into the fish. Stir and remove from the stove.
