How to make
Boil the eggs well, peel them and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks carefully and put them in a blender.
To them add the peeled and chopped avocado, the garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Blend these ingredients until you get a homogenous mixture. Fill a pastry bag with it and spray out rosettes onto the empty whites.
Decorate with the halved olives and parsley leaves. Arrange thus prepared party eggs in a platter and serve.
