  • wholegrain bread - 3 slices
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.

How to make

Hard boil the eggs, peel and dice the avocado.

Shell the eggs and cut into rounds.

Place the eggs, avocado and salt into a medium sized bowl and blend (its not necessary to achieve a smooth mix, it is recommended to have a few pieces in).

Once you have prepared you egg and avocado spread, cut the tomatoes into rounds and take out the bread.
