How to make
Chop the onions and parsley very finely. Put the minced meat, onion and parsley in a deep bowl, crack the egg, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of savory. Soak the slice of bread in cold water, squeeze it by hand, and crumble it over the minced meat.
Mix all the ingredients well. Put oil in a pan, enough to cover the bottom well, heat the oil and then with wet hands, take a little of the mixture, shape meatballs and put them to fry.
Once they're ready on one side, flip them over to fry the other side. Take them out onto paper towels to absorb the excess fat.
