Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1
  • carrots - 1, large
  • eggs - 3 + 1 egg yolk
  • butter - 1/2 cup, melted
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • yoghurt - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • flour - for rolling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Grate the zucchini and carrot on a fine grater. Boil the 3 eggs, mix the yolks and finely chop the egg whites.

Combine the eggs, zucchini and carrots in a bowl, add the butter, yoghurt and 1 raw egg yolk. Season this with salt and paprika.

Form small patties with wet hands, roll them in flour and fry them in preheated oil.
