  • broccoli - 2.5 oz (70 g) (boiled)
  • peppers - 2 pcs. (multicolored)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 5.9 fl oz (175 ml)
  • flour - 7.8 oz (220 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 2/3 tsp.

How to make

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190°C). Arrange paper muffin cups in the muffin tins tray.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Using a mixer, mix the eggs, butter, sour cream until a smooth mixture forms, then add the flour.

Using a spoon, while stirring, add to the dough pieces of the colored pepper and chopped broccoli.

Distribute the dough into the muffin cups (fill no more than 2/3 of them) and bake them for about 20-25 minutes.
