How to make
Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C) with the fan on. Wash the strawberries well, clean them of their stems and cut them into halves.
Arrange them in an oven dish the cut side facing down, leaving space between them.
You shouldn't arrange them too close to each other. Sprinkle them with salt and put the oven dish in the oven.
Bake 90 min., take them out and turn them over and bake another 90 min.
Cool the chips well and serve. If your oven doesn't have a fan, keep opening the oven from time to time to allow air in.
