  • salt - 1 tsp
  • yeast - 1 tsp, dry
  • olive oil
  • water - 6 tbsp, cool
  • for the sauce
  • tomatoes - 6, chopped
  • mozzarella - 6 oz (175 g)
  • black pepper
  • olive oil
  • basil

How to make

Sift the flour with the salt in a bowl and add the yeast. Make a hole in the center and pour in the water and oil.

Knead a soft dough and leave it in a warm area for 1 hour. Knead once again and roll it out in a thin crust. Transfer it to a buttered tray.

Cut the tomatoes and arrange them on the dough, place the slices of mozzarella on top of them. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt, basil and a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated 450°F (230 °C) oven for 15-20 min.
