Ingredients

  • lamb - 2 lb (1 kg) of meat
  • bacon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

With a sharp knife, remove the skins and any excess fat from the meat. Cut them into pieces to fit on skewers.

Sprinkle with salt and paprika and rub the spices into the meat. Cut the bacon into pieces. Leave the meat for 20 min. in a cool area.

Sprinkle water over wooden skewers so that they don't burn. Leave them for 1 hour in cold water or for 15 min. in hot water.

Put the meat on the skewers, alternating between it and the bacon. Roast on the grill, turning them over several times. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
