Ingredients

  • pork tongues - 2
  • broth - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • soup roots - 1 bunch
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)

How to make

Boil the tongues along with the soup roots in salted water. While still warm, peel and cut them.

Make a roux from the butter and flour, dilute it with the broth in which the tongues were boiled.

Add lemon juice, the chopped tongues and let the dish boil on low heat. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
