How to make
Cut the turbot into pieces, wash it and salt it. Sprinkle with black pepper and roll it in flour.
Fry the pieces in very hot oil. Pour the fried turbot with a mixture of crushed garlic, vinegar and the strained fat from frying.
Serve the fried turbot with a slice of lemon, potato salad or a side dish of your choice.
