How to make
Cut the meat into pieces. Boil the macaroni, drain them from the water and mix them with 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) of butter.
Put half of the macaroni in a buttered oven dish, cover them with the meat, and place the remaining macaroni on top.
Combine half the grated parmesan with the cream, salt and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Boil for 15 min. at 390°F (200°C).
