Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6 pcs. large
  • chicken - 1.1 lb (500 g) (white meat)
  • chicken ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 6 pcs.
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sour cream - 13 oz (380 g)
  • maggie's seasoning - 1 package of chicken with four cheeses
  • yellow cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • parsley (optional)
  • milk - 1 cup
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Add a pinch of salt and boil in suitable pot.

Also boil the chicken. I had roasted chicken from the night before.

Grease a baking pan with oil. Arrange the potato circles in one row.

Cut the pickles and the chicken ham into thin pieces. Shred the chicken.

Start shaping the chicken casserole.

Place the cucumbers, chicken and ham all over the first row of potatoes. Crumble the blue cheese. Next up is a second row of potatoes.

Boil the milk for the potato casserole sauce. Add Maggie's chicken with four cheeses to it to melt and pour it into a bowl. Add the sour cream, parsley and as much salt and black pepper as you like. Pour that over it.
