How to make
Put the garlic in a jar (500 ml) or divide it into smaller jars.
Put the salt, sugar, cloves, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper and mustard in a pot.
Add the water and put it on the stove.
Once the water boils, pour the vinegar and pour this mixture over the garlic.
Close the jars and turn them upside down.
After 24 hours, store the pickled garlic in the refrigerator.
