How to make
Wash the plums and remove the pits.
Cut the plums into pieces and put them in a saucepan. Add 50 ml of water, put on the stove and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and puree the plums. Add the pressed garlic and the remaining spices.
Put the saucepan on the stove and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Divide the sauce into jars, close them and turn them upside down.
Store the jarred plum sauce in a cool place.
