How to make
Put the biscuits in a chopper and grind finely to a powder form.
Put the crushed biscuits, apricot jam, cocoa and fresh milk in a bowl.
Mix the products with hands and knead the biscuit dough.
If necessary, add more milk, the dough should be moist and easy to form.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath until you get a smooth chocolate mixture.
Shape the already cooled dough into small delicious truffles with your hands and dip each one in the chocolate.
Optionally sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or coconut shavings before the chocolate hardens.
Refrigerate the biscuit chocolate truffles for 15 minutes.
