How to make
Beat the yolks with 2/5 cup (100 g) of sugar. Dissolve the flour in a little cold milk.
The remaining milk is placed on the stove and once it heats up, add the egg yolks and dissolved flour. Boil over low heat, stirring constantly, to thicken.
The apples are baked in a pre-heated oven and served on a plate with a bit of cream.
