In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, condensed milk, soda dissolved in the vinegar and the egg, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, shaped into a ball. Roll the balls (with the diameter of the pan in which you will bake the crusts) on a floured surface into a thin crust. Bake the cake layers on both sides, in the medium-heated pan, side by side, for about 1 minute per side. Cut out the still warm cake layers with a ring or a plate and crumble the rest.
For the cream, beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and pour the fresh milk, mix well. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, passing through a sieve. Place the pot over moderate heat and cook until thickened. Add the butter and vanilla, stirring until the butter is completely melted and absorbed by the cream.
Arrange the sponge cakes in a suitable plate in the following order - cake layer, cream, finishing with cream. Sprinkle with the crumbled cake layer remains and leave at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
