How to make
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160 °C) in advance. Mix both flours. In a deep bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and add the eggs one at a time. Mix and add 2 tablespoons flour. Add the melted and slightly cooled chocolate, while continuously whipping, then the remaining flour.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm) and put to bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The cake layer is ready once it rises and catches a crust. Allow it to cool and remove it from the baking dish. Divide it into 2 separate cake layers.
Melt the chocolate with the sour cream. Cool it, then brush a part of it on one cake layer, place the second cake layer on top and cover the entire cake with the glaze, smoothing it out with the rest of the chocolate. Allow the cake to cool and serve.
