How to make
I use sweet stevia and erythritol powder, which are 1:1 with sugar.
You can add sugar, but I advise you to use powdered sugar. It can be sweetened with honey or another sweetener of your choice.
The cream must have been in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
It is beaten into a thick cream. Add the cream cheese to it and beat again.
The fruits are grinded in a chopper or blender. Add to the cream and mix.
Put the cream ice cream in a freezer until it hardens.
If it has hardened, just take it out and let the delicious homemade keto ice cream sit at room temperature for a short time.
