How to make
First, wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. The carrot is peeled with a slicer and cut into circles.
The garlic cloves remain whole, only being peeled.
The aspirin tablet is crushed at the bottom of the jar. Pour vinegar to the bottom of the jar.
Add salt and sugar and mix everything.
Arrange the cauliflower florets in the jar, placing the carrot rings and garlic cloves between them.
Finally, water is poured into the jar and closed tightly.
Shake and turn upside down for a day.
The next day, the homemade cauliflower pickle is turned upside down.
This is the process for ten days, after which the pickled cauliflower is ready for consumption.
If you are not going to eat it right away, store the pickled cauliflower in a cool, dark place.
