How to make
Prepare the solution first so that it has time to dissolve - pour 1 teaspoon into a jug, 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of white sugar and 4 tbsp. Himalayan salt and stir.
The washed jars are arranged next to each other and the cauliflower (washed and cut into pieces) is distributed in to the top of each jar.
It is also important that there are no black dots or darkened spots on the cauliflower, so that does not contribute to the process of spoilage.
Pour the solution up to the top (but not fully) of the jars and close the caps tightly.
It is good to shake the jars often and after about 3-4 weeks you will have wonderful tasty pickled cauliflower - without sterilization and without aspirin!
