How to make
Wash and soak the beans overnight in water. The next day, discard the water and put the beans with new water to boil in a pot with the chopped bacon.
Allow to boil until the beans become tender and add the diced carrots, dried chilies, onions, tomatoes and pre-baked flour and paprika.
A few minutes before removing the beans with the bacon, add salt, spearmint and savory to taste.
