How to make
Cut the bacon into small pieces and the onion into thicker slices. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a moderate heat on the stove. Fry the bacon for about 8-10 minutes.
Remove and place it onto kitchen paper. Pour the minced meat into the pan. Stir and press with a spatula to break it into small crumbs for about 15 min.
Add the onion and chili and fry for about 5 minutes until the onion softens. Add beans and barbecue sauce /ketchup/.
Mix well and add the bacon. Pour the dish into a baking pan, cover it with foil and bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
The delicious and warm dish with bacon, minced meat and beans is ready.
