How to make
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater in a bowl, crack the egg, add the minced meat, salt, ground black pepper, very finely chopped bacon and ham and finally add the beer.
Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes, during this time you can turn on the oven to heat it up.
Spread the mixture evenly on the slices of bread and bake them in a preheated oven until done.
Garnish the princess sandwiches with carrot roses, leeks and lettuce leaves.
If desired, you can also prepare a sauce by mixing 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. chili sauce.
The wonderful princess sandwiches with minced meat and bacon are ready.
