How to make
Cut the onion into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan at a moderate temperature on the hob.
Fry the onions for about 2 minutes and add the cumin and smoked paprika. Stir well and after 1 minute add the minced meat.
Stir and press down on the minced meat until it crumbles and fry it for about 10 minutes. Add the tomato and barbecue sauce. Season with salt.
Reduce the heat and let the minced meat sauce simmer until it thickens completely and the sauce sticks to the minced meat.
Add the beans and cook everything for another 5 minutes. Heat the tortillas for about a minute on the stove on each side.
Add the filling and garnish them with a spoonful of sour cream.
Fold them in half like a sandwich.
