How to make
Soak the beans the night before. Take the bacon and ribs and fry the meat until golden. Cut the sausage and fry it well, but add it last, to remain soft. Boil the beans.
Once boiled, add water in to saute the carrots, tomatoes and onions that are chopped. When the beans are ready, in another container with a little oil, fry some flour, paprika and mint to add into the beans.
Put it in one pan and mix it with the meat, bacon, sausage and ribs and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
