Ingredients

  • beans - 18 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 3
  • onions - 2 heads
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1 green
  • potatoes - 1 raw, grated
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - spicy and sweet
  • sausages - 14 oz (400 g) raw
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • spearmint - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the beans in advance with a little oil and salt. Drain and mix it with a paste made from the flour and a little water. Chop the vegetables and put them to stew in a little preheated oil.

Finally, add the diced tomatoes to them, stir for a minute or two and remove from the heat. Flavor with the spices. In a deep tray, pour a little oil, then the beans and seasoned vegetables.
