How to make
The beans are is placed in lukewarm water and left for a couple of hours or so. The water is thrown away and beans washed. Pour boiling water in, boil, and pour water again. Repeat three times. It is believed that this way, the beans soften faster.
The fat is cut and placed in a deep pan. Melt and if necessary, add oil. Put it in a pan and fry the onion until golden. Add the grated tomato and carrot (grated too). Add tomato juice.
Put the lid on and cook a few minutes on low heat. Then, in a pan, add the finely cut garlic and parsley. Finally add already the cooked beans, cook a few more minutes and add pepper and salt to taste.
Once the onions are fried, you can fry a little paprika, and then follow the recipe.
