How to make
Cover the bean with water and boil them for 3 minutes. Discard the water, rinse them and add new water.
Cut carrots and onions into small pieces and add them to the beans. Boil them over low heat until they're fully cooked.
Transfer the beans with some of the broth into a baking pan. Add the chopped bacon, dried pepper and mint. I have also added the grated tomato and salt.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the flour, add the paprika and stir.
Pour the mixture over the beans and stir. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
