  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • smoked bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt

  • lentils - 1 lb (450 g)
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.

How to make

In a pot, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion.

Add carrot and bacon. Wait for it to fry nicely and add the diced potatoes.

After a few minutes, add the lentils, paprika and tomato puree.

Stir and pour enough water to cover the products.

Press the garlic and add the spices.

Boil and then reduce the heat.

Boil the lentil stew, until the products are fully cooked.
