  • eggs - 2 large
  • coconut oil - 1.1 oz (30 g) melted
  • pumpkin puree - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • coconut flour - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • almond flour - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • baking powder - 0.1 oz (3 g)
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.
  • stevia for desserts - 0.35 oz (10 g) or to taste

How to make

I use stevia which is 1:1 with sugar. This means that these 10 g of stevia are equal to 10 g of sugar.

All ingredients are mixed and beaten at once.

I made 5 small waffles from the mixture. A standard waffle iron will make maybe 3-4.
