How to make
For the keto waffles wash the lentils, cover them with lukewarm water and let them stand overnight.
Then we drain the lentils, pour them into a blender, add the egg, olive oil, soda and spices (of your choice, cumin, oregano, paprika, turmeric) and blend everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the grated cheese and the softened butter and stir to combine the products for the waffles.
Heat the waffle iron, put about 2 tbsp. of the mixture in the appliance and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
