  • pumpkin - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • sour cream - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cooking cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • walnuts - for decoration or added in the cream (optional)

How to make

Boil the pumpkin, strain it and blend it.

Add the sour and cooking cream to it and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.

If you want, you can add a sweetener, but I do not add any, because the pumpkin itself is sweet.

If you think that the mixture is too thick or thin, you can add more of each product, depending on what consistency you want.

Pour the pumpkin cream into bowls or cups and garnish it with walnuts or grated dark chocolate.
