How to make
You have spreads and dips on your table, but suddenly find you don't have crackers or toast for them? Don't worry, because these beer and olive oil crispy crackers will come to your rescue. They are so quick and easy to prepare that you will have time to prepare them quickly. You will also be surprised how delicious they are!
Sift the flour with the salt into a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the olive oil and beer (I use non-alcoholic). Pour the flour into them and knead a smooth dough. It's greasy, but it's great!
Cut small balls and make them into not very thin sticks, which you can then flatten with the palm of your hand to make them thin. Work on a kitchen board. The savory crackers don't have to be perfectly shaped, that's part of their charm.
Put them in a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with oats, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds. Press to make them stick to the dough. You will get two trays.
Bake these gorgeous beer crackers with poppy seeds in an oven at 360°F (180°C) with a fan for about 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
Enjoy your meal!
