How to make
I saw the recipe for this mousse some time ago in a video on Instagram. It's very easy and will appeal not only to fans of vegan desserts.
I used coconut cream (milk) from a tin, which I chilled in the fridge for a few hours.
Then I put all the ingredients for the cream in the jug of a blender and blended until smooth in literally a minute.
Then I distributed the mousse into dessert glasses, sprinkled with some coconut shavings and pomegranate seeds. That's all I had. Strawberries and raspberries would also be a great combination for the chocolate mousse.
I put the finished vegan chocolate mousse in the fridge for a few hours to set and then it was ready to enjoy.
An extremely quick vegan chocolate mousse that you can eat without feeling guilt.
