"How fast can you eat a serving of this chocolate mousse?"

Ingredients

  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) milk + 3.5 oz (100 g) dark
  • eggs - 4
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • milk - 2 tablespoons
  • rum - 1 tablespoon
  • walnuts - a handful of roasted (can use almonds)

How to make

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add the egg yolks, milk and rum. Beat the egg whites into hard snow and carefully add them to the chocolate mixture.

Pour it in glass cups. Sprinkle it with walnuts. Optionally, a scoop of cream can be placed on top. Cool it in the refrigerator.
