"A quick lemon mousse, which has a fresh taste and an incredible aroma"

Ingredients

  • mascarpone - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • cream - 4 tbsp.
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • lemon essence - 1 ampoule
  • lemon - for decoration

How to make

Mix the mascarpone, sugar, lemon and lemon essence into a large bowl and beat them together with a mixer for about 1-2 minutes.

Add 4 tbsp. of cream to make this lemon mousse even more creamy.

Mix well and distribute it into dessert cups.

If desired, you can decorate it with lemon slices.
