Ingredients

  • chestnuts - 2 cups (500 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp
  • rum - 1 drop, essence, (1 tsp rum)
  • gelatin - 1 tsp
  • cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • chocolate - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), grated, for sprinkling

How to make

Boil the chestnuts until ready and peel them. Puree them in a blender.

Bring the milk to a boil. Separate the yolk from the egg and beat it with the sugar, gradually add the milk to them.

Add the rum essence, vanilla sugar and gelatin, dissolved in 2 tsp water.

Pour the milk mixture over the chestnut puree and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Add the cream, stir well and distribute into bowls. Decorate with whole chestnuts on top and grated chocolate.
