  • parsnip - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • onion - 1 small onion

  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • cream - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • cinnamon - on the tip of the knife

  • orange juice - 2 tbsp.

How to make

In a saucepan, fry the onion, until it becomes translucent, add the boiled chestnuts, parsnip, broth, thyme, salt, black pepper, chili.
