How to make
In a saucepan, fry the onion, until it becomes translucent, add the boiled chestnuts, parsnip, broth, thyme, salt, black pepper, chili.
Boil for about 20 minutes.
Add the cinnamon, cream, chopped parsley and orange juice to the chestnut soup.
Blend everything with a blender or liquidizer.
The chestnut cream soup can be served with toasted bread and some piece of meat.
