How to make
The chestnuts are boiled in advance. They are peeled. The boiled chestnuts are blended along with the orange juice and sugar.
A thick cream is obtained, but if you wish, you can increase the amount of juice and you will have a more liquid cream, it's all a matter of preference.
Add the melted coconut oil. Mix well.
The cream is poured into cups or bowls and decorated as you like. I used a slice of orange.
The dessert is vegan and it is also suitable for fasting.
