How to make
Pour the coconut milk, rice milk, flaxseed and chia seeds into a plastic bowl.
Mix well, then add the maple syrup and vanilla.
Using a mixer or whisk, mix again to combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the seeds start to swell.
Then mix again and distribute the chia cream into suitable cups or jars with lids.
Slice and add banana pieces to each jar.
Refrigerate again for another 3 hours before eating.
Your vegan cream dessert is ready.
